James Crosby, following in his father’s footsteps, began his journey in construction at the age of 18. His dedication and expertise propelled him up the ranks, earning him the role of superintendent before the age of 27.
After an unexpected layoff, James turned to independent work to make ends meet. However, it wasn’t long before he recognized a growing demand for superior craftsmanship—an opportunity that inspired him to establish his own business. As the saying goes, if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. And so, in February 2019, Crosby’s Construction was born.
